OUR MISSION

We are committed to the wellness of individuals, their families and the community through prevention, intervention and education.

· To bring awareness to the world about mental health and suicide prevention.

· To give back to our community and other organizations who are raising awareness about mental health and suicide prevention.

If we can enlighten one mind, together we can change the world. Here are some organizations you might find valuable:

1. American Foundation for Suicide Prevention (AFSP): Established in 1987, AFSP empowers a nationwide community through research, education, and advocacy to combat suicide. They fund scientific research, educate the public, advocate for mental health policies, and support survivors of suicide loss1.

2. National Suicide Prevention Lifeline: This lifeline provides free, confidential support to individuals in crisis. You can call 988 or chat with them online at 988lifeline.org2.

3. NAMI (National Alliance on Mental Illness): NAMI offers resources, education, and support for individuals and families affected by mental health conditions. You can also text “NAMI” to 741-741 to connect with a trained crisis counselor via the Crisis Text Line3.

Remember, every effort counts, and together, we can make a difference!
